    Product Description

    MM32F5230 MCU is equipped with Arm®v8-M architecture STAR-MC1 processor (compatible with Cortex-M33). It operates at a frequency of up to 120MHz, embeds 128KB Flash and 32KB SRAM, and integrates with rich I/O ports and peripheral modules, including ADC, DAC, analog comparator, advanced timer, general-purpose timer, basic timer and low-power timer as well as communication interfaces, such as I2C, SPI or I2S, UART, USB 2.0 full speed controller, FlexCAN interface.

    - 120MHz Star-MC1 (compatible with M33) processor, and its performance per MHz is 20% higher than that of Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4

    - High storage ratio: 128KB Flash, 32KB SRAM, 4:1 Flash/RAM ratio

    - Rich communication interfaces: up to 6-way UART, 4-way SPI (1-way USART supported) and 2-way I2C

    - Configure USB interface and USB equips with independent clock

    - Configure CAN2.0 interface, compatible with MindMotion’s F5 and F0140/60 series

    - Two 12-bit ADC with speeds up to 3MSPS and one 12-bit DAC

    - Two 16-bit Adv. Timer, six GP Timer and one LP Timer

    - Operating voltage: 1.8V ~ 5.5V

    - Most IO ports support 5V tolerance

    - 40°C ∼ +105°C temperature range

    - Provide LQFP64, LQFP48 and QFN32 package types
